If you had previously installed a SqueezeConfig version that was older than August 2011, you MUST remove the old version first before installing the new beta!
The reason for this is that the debug key that is used to sign the beta versions is only valid for 1 year and it expired in August 2011, i.e. the new beta versions are signed with a new key.
Because of a bug in the HTC firmwares 2.1 (and probably 2.2), SqueezeConfig does not work at the moment on HTC devices running these Android versions.

If you have a rooted phone, you can replace the file /system/bin/wpa_supplicant with the working binary attached on the ticket above.
